What
area does Poop Patrol cover?
We proudly patrol Greenwich, CT • Port Chester, NY • Rye, NY • Rye Brook, NY
Does Poop Patrol work all year round?
Yes, as long as your dog is doo-ing, we are
patrolling.
What happens
when it snows or rains?
Poop Patrol works in most weather, but heavy
snow or extreme cold can stop us. If there
is more than half an inch of snow, we will
postpone service for a day or two, until the
snow melts away. If snow stays on the ground
for more than a few days and no new snow covers
it, we will do regular cleanups to prevent
excessive accumulation.
Can
my dog stay in the yard while Poop Patrol
is working?
Yes, we like dogs and enjoy the company. However
if your dog is not friendly or will not allow
us in the yard we would prefer for you to
restrain your dog on the day of service. If
we can’t get in the yard you will still
be charged for the visit, for our time and
transportation costs.
Is
it possible to get one-time-only service?
Yes! One-time-only or short-term service may
be easily arranged any time of the year.
How does Poop Patrol charge?
Our prices are based on the size of the property,
the number of dogs, and travel time.
Is there an extra charge for the first time?
There may be an extra charge for
the first service if there is an accumulation
of waste, this will be discussed with you
before you are billed for it.
Does
Poop Patrol require a contract?
No. We start and stop our service over the
phone. There is no minimum commitment necessary
for service or advanced notice for cancellation.
How does Poop Patrol dispose
of the waste?
Dog waste is properly disposed of at the local
dump following all necessary guidelines.
